The Official Construction Competency Standard

The Construction Work Competency Certificate (SKK) is the official proof of a construction professional's competency, issued by a Professional Certification Institute (LSP) registered with LPJK. SKK has fully replaced the previous SKA (Certificate of Expertise) and SKT (Certificate of Skills) under the Government Regulation on Construction Services.

Any individual working in a construction project funded by government or private institutions is legally required to hold a valid SKK corresponding to their field and qualification level.

General Requirements

• Original E-KTP (National ID Card) scan
• Personal NPWP (Tax ID Number) scan
• Latest diploma scan - min. SMK/SMA for Level 4, Diploma for Level 5, Bachelor (S1) for Level 6+
• Recent passport-style photo (red or blue background, 4x6 cm)
• Curriculum Vitae (CV) and Work Experience Certificate (Paklaring / Surat Keterangan Kerja)
